Curiosity builds as ‘Ramayana’ trailer release date is announced

Bengaluru: The makers of the much-awaited mythological epic ‘Ramayana’ have officially announced that the film’s trailer, titled ‘The Dawn of Ramayana’, will be released on July 30 at 4.15 am, heightening anticipation among movie enthusiasts.

Producer Namit Malhotra shared a special poster on social media confirming that the trailer will premiere worldwide during Brahma Muhurta, a time considered highly auspicious in Hindu tradition.

The trailer was originally expected to be released earlier but was postponed due to changes in the film’s business and release strategy. With the new announcement, fans now have a confirmed date and time for the first major glimpse of the film.

While the newly released poster does not reveal any fresh visuals from the movie, it has generated renewed excitement among audiences eagerly awaiting the trailer.

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, Ramayana stars Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama, Sai Pallavi as Sita, and Yash as Ravana. The star-studded cast and ambitious scale of the project have made it one of the most anticipated Indian films in recent years.
